·        HEALTHY EATING
Healthy eating is essential to your health, whatever you take in reveals itself outside either positively or negatively on your skin, hair, body size, and even your mood. To ensure your health remains in good shape, then developing healthy eating as a habit will be a step to success. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits to boost your immune system, and reduces the risk of infections, sugary foods can be a major course of obesity because of the high calories content in them, so consider reducing their intake. Do not get thirsty, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to avoid dehydration, make sure your meals are balanced with foods containing all essential elements for your health.
·        PHYSICAL EXERCISE
Exercise! No excuse, this is one of the healthy habits that should be developed by everyone regardless of your age or gender. This is because exercises inhibit weight gain, helps you to have quality sleep, improves your mental health, and reduce anxiety. It also Fights illnesses like heart diseases, blood pressure, stroke, and metabolic syndrome just to name but a few. Make physical exercise a healthy habit by going to the gym, or doing simple aerobics in your house, you can also do some short distance walks or work in your garden. 
GETTING GOOD SLEEP
Quality sleep makes you wake up early and makes your day effective, avoid taking alcohol and smoking cigarettes hours before you sleep because they contain elements that affect sleep. Eat a light meal in the evenings to avoid stomach discomforts while sleeping, and make sure your bedroom feels comfortable before you sleep, dim the lights and turn down your music; make sure you are sleeping on a comfortable mattress and pillow for comfort and support.

Cleaning your body and surrounding is a healthy habit that will not only boost your self-image but will also avoid infections. Take time ones a week to do general cleaning of your house and compound, your hygiene should also be given a priority, shower two times a day in the morning and evening to relax your body and kill germs on your skin, wash your hands often and make sure your clothes and beddings are clean.

For many years Meditation has been practiced by many to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health, if you develop meditation as a healthy habit, then be sure to experience your mind becoming young and your concentration ability lengthen. Meditation also helps you cultivate new ways of coping up with stress and anxiety. To practice meditation make sure you are in a quiet place, free from distraction, you can practice it daily, or set time to do so twice or thrice a week.
